SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages sent by FormBull, LLC ("FormBull"). They are part of our Terms of Service.

FormBull lead alerts

What it is. FormBull customers are businesses. When a business adds you to its FormBull team, FormBull can text you alerts about that business's new leads, missed calls and callbacks, plus account notices such as verification codes.

How you opt in. A team member opts in by entering their mobile number in FormBull (or having an account admin add it), confirming it with a one-time code, and checking the box that agrees to receive lead alerts by text. Consent isn't a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies with how many leads your business receives. Message and data rates may apply.

Verification codes

When you ask for a demo call or verify a phone number on formbull.com, we text a one-time code to the number you entered. We send one code per request and don't use that number for marketing.

How to stop or get help

• Text STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL) to any FormBull message to stop receiving texts. We'll send one message confirming you're unsubscribed, then no more. To start again, text START or turn alerts back on in FormBull.
• Text HELP to any FormBull message for help, or email hello@formbull.com.
• Stopping texts doesn't stop the alert phone calls that are FormBull's main service. Your team admin can change how you're alerted, or remove you from the team.

Carriers

Supported carriers include major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers, text-message opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
