Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information FormBull, LLC ("FormBull," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website at formbull.com, our early-access list, and the FormBull service, which rings a business's team when a new lead arrives and connects them to that lead by phone.

The short version

• We collect what you give us, what our customers send us to do their calling, and basic technical data.
• We use it to run FormBull, keep it secure, and tell you about it if you asked us to.
• We don't sell personal information, and we never share phone numbers or text-message consent with anyone for their marketing.
• You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at hello@formbull.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Early access: your name, work email, company, trade, rough lead volume and where your leads come from.
• Customer accounts: when the service is available, business details (legal name, EIN, address, website), account users' names, emails and mobile numbers, billing details (handled by our payment processor), and your settings.
• Messages to us: anything you send when you email or call us.

Information our customers send us

To call a customer's leads, we receive the lead details the customer sends us, such as a name, phone number, email, the job requested, the page the form was on, and the consent language the lead agreed to. We also create call records: when calls happened, who answered, how long they lasted and, where the customer turns it on, recordings, transcripts and summaries. We process this information on our customers' behalf and under their instructions. If you filled out a form on a business's website, that business's privacy policy also applies, and you can contact them directly.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit, which our hosting provider logs as part of serving the site.
• Campaign data: if you arrive from an ad or a link we shared, the campaign tags on that link (for example utm_source or an ad click ID), which we store with an early-access signup.
• Cookies and similar tools: we use what the site needs to work and to stop spam, including Cloudflare Turnstile. We may use analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta to understand which pages and ads work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and the choices section below lists more ways to opt out.

How we use information

• To provide the service: ring our customers' teams, connect calls, send lead alerts, and keep call records.
• To follow calling rules: calling hours, attempt limits, opt-outs and do-not-call suppression.
• To verify phone numbers and accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep FormBull secure.
• To email you about early access, the launch and your account. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
• To bill customers, provide support, and improve FormBull.
• To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How we share information

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising except as described under "Cookies and similar tools" above. We share information only:

• With service providers that run parts of FormBull for us under contract, such as hosting and security (Cloudflare), phone calls and texts (Twilio), email (Google Workspace, Amazon SES), payments (Stripe), and speech-to-text and AI summaries of calls when a customer turns them on. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
• With the customer it belongs to. Lead and call information goes to the business whose lead it is.
• For legal reasons, when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety or property of FormBull, our customers or others.
• In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
• With your permission, for anything else.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Early-access details stay until we launch or until you ask us to remove them. Customer and call data stay for the life of the account and a limited time after, unless the customer deletes them sooner. We keep opt-out and do-not-call records for as long as the law requires, which can be up to ten years, so we keep honoring them.

Security

We protect information with encryption in transit, access controls, and providers with strong security practices. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we will tell affected people and customers about a breach as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or write to us.
• Texts: reply STOP to any FormBull text.
• Calls: if you're a homeowner or other lead and don't want calls placed through FormBull, tell the business that contacted you, or email us and we'll add your number to our suppression list.
• Access, correction and deletion: email hello@formbull.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or other states with privacy laws), you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete or port your information and to opt out of certain processing. We won't discriminate against you for using these rights. We'll verify requests before acting on them, and you can use an authorized agent.
• Ads and analytics: you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, adjust ad settings in your Google, Microsoft and Meta accounts, and use your browser's privacy controls or Global Privacy Control signal.

For lead and call information we hold for a customer, we'll pass your request to that customer and help them respond.

Children

FormBull is a business service. It isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Where we process information

FormBull is based in the United States and serves US businesses. We and our providers process information in the United States.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell customers and early-access members by email before it takes effect.
